Wow, I haven't blogged for a while, to say the least! I just started my summer job last week, woopydoo! I work at a preschool 2 minutes from my home, I know all the staff and the kids are so funny and inspiring! It's just been really hectic, learning everything, rules and requirements for the job an so on. But here goes, I'm blogging!

I don't know if you've heard it but Shenae Grimes is interning at Teen Vogue. I love 90210, me being a teenage soap junkie and all. I mean she is pretty awesome, fashion sense and all. But the moment I heard this I was kind of let down. She said she had gotten it through her manager's client while other girls just send in applications and are on time for job interviews. I am kind of surprised Teen Vogue would do this. I am actually really disapointed because this isn't what fashion is about. It's not about the celebrity but celebrating every individual. Anyone can make it fashion no matter what their backround.

And this only made it worse. She is interning at Teen Vogue and gets to go to the CFDA awards?

Now my lovelies, what is your side on this matter?

This photo is so refreshing, LOVING the bowl-cut!

Hermés, the french brand, is shooting an ad here in Iceland!! I haven't figured out yet what I think about it but I mean it must be exciting even though there is a one in a billion chance I will witness the whole thing. I guess it's just the icelandic pride I take in a luxury brand shooting an ad in this beautiful country. Actually come to think of it I don't really care. My local newspaper did an article on it. Not really news-worthy if you ask me! It is so funny how icelanders get excited by the little-est of things! Like for example earlier this week everybody ran out desperate for a tan in shorts showing their off-white calves and it barely went over 50°F!

Anyway on to something a bit more interesting. Tom Brady and his hair.

Exhibit A: Tom and his stunning wife Gisele at the Met Ball. His hair precisely slicked back with who knows what big amount of hair product. Gisele loves it. When asked she says she loves him short haired, fat, redhead, curlyhaired, wavyhaired, you get the point.

Exhibit B: Okay there he was sweaty, therefore his hair must have been all messed up.

Exhibit C: There he looks kind of hot despite his well secured ponytail.

Hey Tom, have you thought about investing in some scrunchies? You could get one with tiny footballs on it.

But hey appearance isn't everything. I'd say yes to him any day ponytail or not!

In honor of the fact that mother's day is tomorrow check out this on fashionista

Happy weekend to you all!
Love Always

Have you ever thought about going bald? I have, I'd love it! My mom got cancer 2 years ago and she had chemotherapy and lost all her hair (except her eyelashes and eyebrows). She didn't like it but it eventually led to her rocking a short do something she thought she'd never do. I would love when I am older to go travelling with friends or family to a far away land, preferably something wild like India or Africa and shave my head bald. I just think it would be so liberating to wake up in the morning and walk out the door without needing to do ANYTHING to it. Come to think of it alot of models and actresses have rocked the bald head. Demi Moore, Solange Knowles, Natalie Portman, Alec Wek, Eva Salvail, Amber Rose, Agyness Deyn and many many more.

 The beautiful model Alec Wek.

Amber Rose and her hubby Kanye West. (Are they still together, I don't know and frankly I don't care. Honestly why are people so obsessed about celebrities? I mean everything in those tabloids is twisted or just a plain lie. Either way you'll never know if it's true and why waste your time on that?!)

A beautiful model, Eva Salvail. You've probably never heard of her. If so she was modeling in the '90s.

Agyness Deyn. (This is the original size of the photo. I wanted it bigger but I didn't want to have it blurry so I decided to leave it like this.)

Natalie Portman, the single most beautiful lady that has sported a shaved head. Her bold cheekbones and fierce jaw play a big part in that.

So what I want to know is would you do this?

Love Always

There is a really interesting piece on this from fashionista right here. Weird but yesterday was exactly a year since this piece was written, coincidence? I don't think so!

Oh how I love Alexa Chung! The thing I love the most is her hair. It's short and so cool and it looks really low maintenance. I feel like I achieved my best version of it the last time I had a haircut, but I still don't have the ombre feel.

Love Always

Happy Valentine's day! This post is not going to be very valentines-esque but then again short and sweet!

An adorable tattoo and Florence Welch in the fabulous Givenchy dress she wore to the Grammy's.
Love you all always.

Oh how the Golden Globes get me inspired! I love award shows, so exciting and musing. The next day spent scouring sites and papers for all the yummy gowns and sultry makeup. I love love love love it! And even though it is all out there on blogs, everybody talking about it I've decided to dedicate a blog to the gowns and outfits that I truly loved. I hope you enjoy!
She is always so glamorous and put together, I most often love her choices for award shows with no exception of this one.

The deep sea green colour is heavenly! It is drawn together at the waist at the perfect spot. Not to tight and not to loose.

I love how happy she looks! The dress is amazing. Gotta' love the gold!

I love love love this dress, so simple yet so elegant.

This is probably my favorite look. The mustard yellow is the perfect color and the neckline is so flattering. I don't really like the hair, it could be better but the dress overpowers everything else.

I love love love this dress! She is so glowing and I think the dress is to thank for it. It's the perfect princess dress that doesn't feel too princess-y. Great look, great jewellry, great makeup and great hair.

Aaaa this is amazing, truly amazing. I have no words! She is so classy and elegant and just all grown up. Bye bye Blair Waldorf! Plus that little purse is a really quirky choice but it definitely was the right one!

She is so beautiful and grown up!

I am not a really big fan of this look but if you haven't already go to your local Barnes and Nobles or Borders and pick up the latest issue of Nylon and read the amazing interview with this beauty, Mila Kunis.

I noticed on the photos that I saw that nude and deep green are the hottest colors right now, and let's face it nude looks amazing on anyone! I don't know with green but it's worth the try it looks so glamorous!

Love Always and keep following!

I am so happy Natalie Portman is pregnant. She is so beautiful and loveable, honestly who doesn't love her? I think she really deserves this, having a person who really loves her and she really loves being there with her and being part of an engagement. Plus the baby is going to be gorgeous!

She even manages to be drop dead gorgeous and so beautiful while in a midst of being BALD!

Love Always.
